The hotel is located in a stunning location surrounded by beautiful gardens and a soothing stream. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering solutions to any problems we encountered. The traditional Sri Lankan breakfast and Italian bread pudding were the highlights of our dining experience.
Getting to the hotel is a bit tricky as the road is steep and narrow. A regular car cannot reach the hotel and we had to rely on the hotel’s tuk-tuk service.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. the location was perfect, close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful gardens. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, offering us a refreshing drink upon arrival and guiding us through the different activities and amenities available. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool and the spa services were a great touch.
Although the staff were friendly, we did encounter some communication issues with the language barrier. the food options were limited and not very diverse, especially for the price we paid.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the charming staff who were extremely accommodating and helpful. The rooms were very large and pretty good. The food was delicious, cooked to order. The view and the garden were really beautiful. The location was right down to the bottom of a very steep tiered garden, close to the old but functional tea factory in the hills over this city.
